We are looking for a suitable candidate for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- daily providing administrative support
- coordinating meetings and conferences
- work in SAP system
- communication in English
- ad hoc administrative tasks
Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Definite contract with possibility of extension
Working time: 40 hours/week
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
- Secondary degree,
- very good knowledge of English and German
- communicative and detail oriented person,
- accurancy and customer service mindset,
- experience from administration
- knowledge of SAP is advantage
- advanced MS Office
